Parents already know, getting kids to eat healthy can be a challenge.  Over sized boxes of sugar goodies, makes some parents want to counter the effect.  So last year, I began to take cover, so to speak.  I took to covering textbooks with the reminder that good food and wellness go hand in hand, reminding my kid that eating well is actually 
science in motion, and now this year - here we go again!
